Our mission is to elevate social entrepreneurs who fight poverty through job training and wealth creation and connect mission-minded executives who desire to fulfill their purpose and destiny by partnering with them.

We help social entrepreneurs and changemakers in sensitive areas of the world to uplevel their impact business through education, advocacy, and connection. Our approach utilizes practical tools and easily accessible resources, empowering them to overcome business burnout and continue to change the world. With a goal to uplift 100 social entrepreneurs annually through our in-person and online programs, we're here to support change without the need for perfection, a business degree, or any grind—except maybe coffee or tea!

Every time a mission-minded executive supports a social entrepreneur through us, just one social entrepreneur, the expected minimum number of lives they impact is 25! This includes their trainees and often the trainees’ dependent children and elderly family. We are helping people help themselves ~ together.

We have already worked with thousands of these social entrepreneurs in over 30 countries and given away over $100,000 in scholarships. 

Opening up opportunities for mission-minded executives enables us to magnify our collective impact, giving social entrepreneurs what they need most to succeed: education, empowerment, advice, emotional support, and encouragement to keep going.
